Do you qualify?   There is a simple test you must pass to file.  You take the post spill revenue period of May 1 - December 31, 2010 and that revenue must be equal to or lower than the same period for 2008 and 2009.  If so you qualify to file.  In a few minutes they can advise what your estimated claim value is for the 14 month period.  All they need is your monthly top line revenue from your P&L's from January 2008 through and including June 2011.  That's it.
